Bases
Organització:
Aquest torneig és organitzat per la Federació Catalana d’Escacs amb el patrocini del Casino de Barcelona (Grup Peralada), l’Ajuntament de Barcelona i la Generalitat de Catalunya.
Sistema de joc:
Es disputarà pel sistema de lliga de tots contra tots a una volta.
Participants:
8 jugadors. Categoria XIV.
Sala de joc:
Gran Casino de Barcelona (Carrer Marina, 19-21)
Capacitat per a uns 125 espectadors. Entrada lliure
Dies i horari de joc:
Ronda diària del 25 al 31 d’octubre de 2013, a partir de les 16:30 hores. Se’ls hi donarà la partida per perduda a aquells jugadors que arribin amb més de 20 minuts de retard.
Ritme de joc:
90 minuts + 30 segons d’increment per a les primeres 40 jugades, més 30 minuts + 30 segons d’increment per cada jugada restant. (90’/40 + 30’) + 30’’ d’increment. No es podrà efectuar proposicions de taules, abans del primer control de la jugada 40.
Torneig homologat:
El torneig es homologat per la FIDE.

El Director del torneig serà el Sr. Jordi Parayre Soguero
Arbitratge:
L’Àrbitre principal: Sr. Miguel Ramos (IA)
Comitè de Competició:
Estarà format pel Sr. Jordi Parayre (director del torneig), el Sr. Antonio López Manzano i la Sra. Anna Matnadze (MI).

Premis:
1er. Classificat: 2.400 euros + trofeu
2ón. Classificat: 2.000 euros + trofeu
3er. Classificat: 1.500 euros + trofeu
4art. Classificat: 1.100 euros.
5é Classificat: 900 euros.
6è classificat 700 euros.
7è classificat 500 euros
8ê clasificat 300 euros.
Segons la Llei d'Impost Espanyol, la Organització retindrà el 24,75% de cada premi dels jugadors no residents a Espanya i el 21% de jugadors de Nacionalitat espanyola o que estiguin residint al territori espanyol.
Desempats:
Els premis no es repartiran entre els jugadors empatats. Els desempats es resoldran per:
1er: Sonneborn-Berger
2ón: Més partides jugades amb negres.
3er: Major nombre de victòries.
4rt: Resultat particular
Allò no previst en aquest reglament es regirà pel de la FIDE.
TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:
The Catalonia Chess Federation is organising the tournament, which is being sponsored by the Casino de Barcelona (Peralada Group), the Barcelona City Hall and the Autonomous Government of Catalonia.

TOURNAMENT VENUE:
Gran Casino of Barcelona (Carrer Marina, 19-21). Capacity around 125 persons. Free entry.
SCHEDULE:
Round every day at 16:30 h, from the 23th to the 31th of October of 2011. Players more than 20 minutes late for round will atomatically lose the game.
TIME CONTROL:
90 minutes + 30 sec increment per move from move one for 40 moves, then 30 minutes + 30 sec increment per move finish (90’/40 + 30’) + 30’’ increment. Draw offers not allowed until the first time control is finished.

According to Spanish Tax Law, Organization shall retain 24,75% of each prize from players not resident in Spain and 21% from players of Spanish Nationality and also from those resident in Spain.
Each participant will have to annotate one of his/her games played in this tournament, which will be published in the next edition of the FCE magazine “El Butlletí d’Escacs”.
TIE-BREAKERS:
The prizes are not divisible. When individual scores are equal, the following order of tie-break systems will be used to designate individual awards:
- Sonneborn-Berger
- Most Blacks
- The greater number of victories
- Game result between tied players
OTHER:
Anything that is not foreseen and specified in these Regulations, will be covered by FIDE Regulations.
