PREGUNTES FREQÜENTS

Durante las fechas del 21 al 30 de agosto la Federación Catalana de Ajedrez (FCE) organiza el BARCELONA WORLD E-CHESS OPEN - CIUTAT DE BARCELONA.

Habrá diferentes sedes de juego presenciales, para jugar de manera online mediante la plataforma de juego online Chess.com, en varias ciudades de todo el mundo. La sede de juego principal estará en Barcelona, concretamente al Auditorio del Centro Cívico de las Cotxeres de Sants, C. Sants 79, Barcelona y locales adyacentes.

Se podrán homologar otras sedes de juego secundarias en diferentes partes del mundo que quieran tener una sede oficial. Estas sedes las pueden gestionar un club o una Federación de ajedrez.
Las sedes de juego tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

1. Cumplir con el protocolo sanitario vigente del país, junto con la obligación de tener geles hidrológicos en las entradas y salidas del local y obligar a llenar la declaración responsable a cada participante.
2. Tener espacios muy amplios donde poder ubicar las mesas y sillas para jugar. Tendrá que tener espacio para poder garantizar las distancias de seguridad mínimas para un mínimo de 25 deportistas.
3. Garantizar una mesa por participante de una medida de 70 cm de anchura y 1 metro de largo.
4. Estar adaptados para personas con movilidad reducida.
5. Garantizar buena conexión a internet.
6. Disponer de cámaras panorámicas y distribuirlas por dentro de la sala de juego para poder grabar toda la sesión.
7. Tener aire acondicionado y/o calefacción en la sala de juego.
8. Servicio de megafonía en la sala.
9. Cobertura eléctrica suficiente por la conexión de ordenadores, tablets o móviles de los participantes, así como por cámaras, impresoras y ordenadores para la organización y/o árbitro.
10. Crear un club en Chess.com para facilitar la gestión con chess.com y tener un medio de cobro para cobrar las inscripciones de los jugadores de sus sedes.

Además, los organizadores oficiales de las sedes de juego licitantes tendrán que:

1. Garantizar un mínimo de 25 participantes presenciales.
2. Contar con un árbitro presencial, que tendrá que tener la titulación mínima de árbitro FIDE, es decir, AF o AI. La ratio de árbitros será de uno por cada 30 participantes.
3. Aportar enchufes o ladrones suficientes para poder enchufar los dispositivos electrónicos.
4. Estar conectados durante las rondas con el árbitro principal vía Zoom.
5. Disponer de una cámara que grabe en directo una panorámica de la sede con los participantes, y una pantalla para poder ver en directo el resto de salas de juego.

Las sedes de juego homologadas y aceptadas por la FCE para ser sedes secundarias oficiales del torneo tendrán que tener en cuenta:

1. El precio de las inscripciones al torneo de los participantes lo marcará cada sede, siempre con el visto bueno de la Federación Catalana de Ajedrez, y su pago será efectuado a cada sede.
2. Este precio de inscripción saldrá en las bases del torneo. Cada sede de juego recibirá el importe íntegro de sus inscripciones para que puedan gestionar su contabilidad.
3. Los gastos derivados del torneo irán a cargo de la organización de las sedes designadas.
4. Los gastos del árbitro o árbitros de la sede irán a cargo de la organización de las sedes designadas.
5. Los premios de la general, que salen en las bases, los pone en su totalidad la FCE.

ORGANIZADOR:

Federación Catalana de Ajedrez con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona y la plataforma online Chess.com.

PARTICIPANTES:

Podrán participar todos los deportistas con licencia FIDE en vigor y con una cuenta en chess.com.

SISTEMA DE JUEGO:

Se harán dos grupos, A y B (sub2000 FIDE), por el Sistema Suizo FIDE basado en valoración (Sistema Holandés) a 9 rondas con la ayuda de un programa informático homologado por la FIDE. La organización podría utilizar un sistema acelerado, dependiendo del número de jugadores. Los deportistas de menos de 2000 de Elo FIDE pueden jugar el grupo A y optar a sus premios. Los ocho primeros clasificados de cada grupo jugarán un Sistema Knock-out para definir la clasificación final de cada grupo.

El knock-out entre los ocho primeros clasificados, tanto del grupo A cómo del grupo B, será al mejor de 4 partidas a cuartos de final, semifinales y 3.º/4.º clasificado. La final será al mejor de seis partidas. En caso de empate final a puntos, en cualquier fase del knock-out, ganará el deportista que tenga mejor clasificación en el abierto. Los cruces serán de la siguiente manera:

El torneo se disputará online desde la plataforma Chess.com, www.chess.com , pero los deportistas tendrán que jugar de manera presencial desde una de las sedes oficiales habilitadas en diferentes ciudades del mundo. La sede principal será la de Barcelona. Tendrán que llevar su portátil, tablet o teléfono móvil para poder competir. Sin embargo, siguiendo las recomendaciones de chess.com, aconsejamos utilizar portátil, antes que tableta o móvil, y jugar desde su portal antes que desde su aplicación. La pantalla de los dispositivos de juego deberá estar en posición vertical y siempre visible para el equipo arbitral.

RITMO DE JUEGO:

El ritmo de juego del sistema suizo será de 90 minutos por deportista con un incremento de 30 segundos por jugada desde la primera. El ritmo de juego del sistema knock-out será de 5 minutos más 3 segundos por jugada.

Del 21 al 30 de agosto del 2020.

• 1a ronda: 21 d’agost del 2020 a les 16:00 hores (GMT +2).

SEDES DE JUEGO:

Habrá diferentes sedes de juego, para jugar de manera online mediante la plataforma Chess.com, en varias ciudades de todo el mundo. Cada sede tendrá que tener su árbitro/equipo arbitral. La sede de juego principal estará en Barcelona, concretamente al Auditorio del Centro Cívico de las Cotxeres de Sants, C. Sants 79, Barcelona y locales adyacentes.

Está adaptado para personas con discapacidad física según la normativa vigente de la Generalitat de Catalunya.

Las ciudades que quieran tener una sede de juego para este torneo, pueden consultar al anexo adjunto las condiciones para participar.

ANEXO

INSCRIPCIONES:

La cuota de inscripción al torneo, para la sede de Barcelona, será de 50 € por participante. Los deportistas menores de 16 años, la gente mayor de 65 años y personas con discapacidad reconocida del 33% o superior tendrán que pagar 35 €.

El pago de la inscripción, para la sede de Barcelona y si hay alguna más en Cataluña, se hará a la Federación catalana, y se podrá hacer de la siguiente manera:

Por transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de CaixaBank ES28 2100 0804 3002 0084 8216 indicando nombre y apellidos del participante, nombre de usuario en chess.com y su sede de juego.

Las inscripciones se harán antes del 19/08/2020, a las 19 horas. Un nombre de usuario de chess.com identificará a cada participante, y este nombre no se podrá cambiar durante el transcurso del torneo. Será responsabilidad del jugador hacer la inscripción con el usuario correcto.

La cuota de inscripción en las otras sedes será decisión de cada sede, siempre con la aprobación de la Federación Catalana de Ajedrez. El pago de la misma se hará en la sede que juegue cada jugador, de manera presencial o por otro medio de pago que indique la sede.

Si en una sede oficial no se puede realizar el torneo, debido a las condiciones sanitarias que indiquen las autoridades competentes o por cualquier motivo externo de fuerza mayor, los deportistas de aquella sede recuperarían su inscripción sin derecho a ninguna otra compensación. Para el resto de sedes, el torneo continuaría con normalidad.

La organización se reserva el derecho de anular una inscripción.

RANKING:

Se publicará en la web de la FCE, en la plataforma Chess.com, en chess-results y en las salas de juego. Se hará por elo FIDE standard o en su defecto por elo nacional (elo FCE standard en el caso de los deportistas con licencia catalana).

El primer elo que se utilizará para la clasificación por tramos, será el FIDE. En su defecto, los participantes con elo FCE standard se les tendrá en cuenta este, o el elo FEDA para deportistas del resto de federaciones territoriales estatales sin elo FIDE. Los deportistas que no pertenecen a la FCE y que no tengan elo FIDE ni elo FEDA, no puntuarán para tramos.

EMPAREJAMIENTOS:

Los emparejamientos los hará el árbitro principal del torneo con el apoyo del programa informático Swiss Manager. Una vez publicados no se considerarán definitivos hasta transcurridos 30 minutos. Pasado este tiempo no se modificarán (excepto mejor criterio del árbitro).

DESCANSOS:

Los descansos (byes) que puede pedir un deportista serán dos (2), de cero puntos. Los interesados tendrán que comunicarlo al árbitro antes de finalizar la ronda anterior.

EVALUACIÓN:

Torneo válido para elo FIDE Standard (una vez se tenga confirmación de la Comisión de la FIDE) y FCE Standard.

En el supuesto de que algún participante sea baneado o se demuestre que ha hecho trampas, sus resultados serán contabilizados como derrotas y será expulsado automáticamente del torneo. Los contrarios de este deportista baneado ganarán el punto.

RETRASOS:

Aquellos deportistas que se presenten ante el tablero con más de 30 minutos de retraso de la hora indicada para empezar la ronda, perderán la partida, salvo que el árbitro decida otra cosa.

INCOMPARECENCIA:

Será eliminado del torneo el deportista que no se presente a una ronda, salvo que el árbitro decida otra cosa. El deportista eliminado/retirado pierde todos sus derechos.

DESEMPATES:

Orden de aplicación de los siguientes desempates:

1. 1.Buchholz -1, con ajuste FIDE de contrincante virtual
2. 2.Buchholz Total, con ajuste FIDE de contrincante virtual.
3. 3.Buchholz Medio (1) con ajuste FIDE de contrincante virtual
4. 4.Performance Recursiva (54)
5. 5. Sorteo

En el knock-out, los deportistas que pierdan en cuartos de final ya no jugarán más y su clasificación (5.º hasta el 8.º) vendrá definida por la clasificación del abierto. Los deportistas que pierdan en semifinales jugarán por el tercero y cuarto lugar. En caso de empate a 2 prevalecerá también la clasificación del abierto. Por la final, que será a seis partidas, en caso de empate a 3, también prevalecerá la clasificación del abierto.

COMITÉ DRE APELACIÓN:

Estará formado por el Director del Torneo o a quien delegue, en calidad de presidente, un representante de chess.com y un deportista titular mayor de edad, más un deportista reserva, también mayor de edad. Las decisiones del Árbitro Principal podrán ser apeladas al Comité por escrito y como máximo 30 minutos después del final de la ronda.

Existen HOJAS DE RECLAMACIONES a disposición de los participantes.

PREMIOS

Habrá un total de 18.000 € en premios, repartidos entre la clasificación general de los dos grupos, A y B, y los diferentes tramos establecidos para cada grupo. En el grupo A habrá dos tramos, el tramo de menos de 2300 de elo FIDE y el tramo de menos de 2150 de elo FIDE. En el grupo B habrá un tramo de menos de 1800 de elo FIDE.

Los premios no serán acumulables y se repartirán siguiendo la orden de la siguiente tabla. Los deportistas que puedan optar a dos premios, recibirán el de mayor valor económico y si fueran del mismo valor, se asignará el de la clasificación general. El otro premio se daría al siguiente clasificado.

Los participantes que no jueguen la última ronda perderán todos los derechos logrados.

Los premios en metálico están sometidos a la retención española de IRPF según la legislación fiscal española vigente y se pagarán por transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta que indique el ganador del premio.

Para poder cobrar el premio será necesario:

• Enviar escaneado una copia del DNI o del pasaporte por las dos caras al correo federacio@escacs.cat.
• Llenar y firmar el modelo de impreso federativo para el pago de premios por transferencia bancaria y hacerlo llegar con firma digital o en original (no vale escaneado) a la Federación.
• Indicar el número de cuenta bancario donde se quiera cobrar el premio.

DISPOSITIVOS ELECTRÓNICOS:

Los participantes tienen que llevar su dispositivo para jugar el torneo. Está prohibido utilizar cualquier dispositivo electrónico que no se utilice como dispositivo para jugar online. En el caso del dispositivo de juego, este no podrá emitir ningún sonido.

Todo el resto de dispositivos electrónicos que tenga el participante tendrán que estar apagados, como teléfonos, smartwatch, auriculares, etc…

Excepcionalmente el árbitro puede pedir a un deportista que, en privado, muestre o permita, que se inspeccionen sus pertenencias. Si el deportista rehúsa a cooperar con estas obligaciones, el árbitro tomará medidas en base en el artículo 12.9 de las Leyes del Ajedrez de la FIDE. A la segunda infracción en el torneo, el deportista puede ser expulsado del mismo, comunicando el hecho a la FIDE.

ANTI-TRAMPAS:

Durante la partida está prohibido que los deportistas hagan uso de notas, fuentes de información, consejos, teléfonos móviles, medios de comunicación y de análisis o hacerlos en otro tablero de ajedrez o electrónico. El organizador lo comunicará a la FIDE.

Los participantes aceptarán las decisiones anti-cheating de la plataforma Chess.com y de la organización del torneo.

PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN EN CASO DE DESCONEXIÓN

Fallada del servidor / tiempo de inactividad del servidor:

En el supuesto de que se produzca un error o un mal funcionamiento del servidor durante el transcurso de una ronda, la FCE y Chess.com tomarán las acciones necesarias para poder retomar la ronda o las partidas afectadas. Si las partidas afectadas son excesivas, se podría reiniciar la ronda o incluso cancelarla.

ETICA:

Los deportistas no actuarán de forma que deshonren el juego del ajedrez y se comportarán correctamente, tanto dentro como fuera de las instalaciones deportivas. No está permitido a los deportistas abandonar el recinto de juego sin el permiso del árbitro.

PUBLICIDAD:

La Federación Catalana de Ajedrez tiene la voluntad de hacer difusión del acontecimiento tanto en la prensa como en las redes sociales, por lo qué tomará y publicará imágenes, así como los datos mínimos necesarios para hacer las clasificaciones y emparejamientos. Por medidas de seguridad, también se hará grabación de la sala de juego en directo. Por lo cual, al formalizar la inscripción los participantes autorizan a la organización a publicar imágenes del torneo en las cuales aparezcan para hacer difusión de la actividad.

DISCIPLINA:

Los participantes en esta competición aceptan y se someten a la Jurisdicción Disciplinaría Deportiva y a la normativa de la FIDE.

TODO LO NO PREVISTO en estas bases se regirá por la normativa de la FCE y la FIDE.

LA PARTICIPACIÓN en el torneo implica la aceptación de estas bases y serán de obligado cumplimiento.

La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar algún aspecto de las bases.

ORGANIZER: 

The tournament will be organized by the Catalonian Chess Federation with the support of the Barcelona Council and the Chess.com online platform.

PARTICIPANTS:

Open to all players with a valid FIDE license and a chess.com account.

PLAYING SYSTEM:  

Two groups, A and B (under-2000 FIDE rating). The FIDE Swiss System based on rating (Dutch system) will be used for pairings, assisted by a FIDE homologated computer program. The length of the tournament will be 9 rounds.The organization could use an accelerated system, depending on the number of players. Under-2000 players can play in the main A group if they prefer and be eligible for prizes. The first eight qualifiers of each group will play a knock-out to determine the final standings.

The knock-out stage between the eight qualifiers, both in the A and B groups, will be a 4-game match in quarterfinals and semi-finals and also for 3rd/4th place. The final will be played over 6 games. The player with the best final standings in the open tournament will win any tie in the knock-out stage.

The brackets of the knock-out stage are:

The tournament will be played online on the Chess.com platform, www.chess.com, but the players will have to be in-person on-site at one of the official venues in cities around the world. The main venue will be Barcelona. Players will compete on their own laptops, ipad / tablet or cellular phones. Nonetheless, and following chess.com recommendations, the use of a laptop is the preferred option, playing on the website instead of on the application. The screens of the playing devices will have to be placed in a vertical position and always under the supervision of the arbiter’s team.

TIME CONTROL:       

The time control for the open games will be 90 minutes for each player with a 30 second increment starting on the first move. The time control for the knock-out stage will be 5 minutes for each player with a 3 second increment.

• Round 7: August 27th 2020 at 16:00 hours (GMT +2).
• Round 8: August 28th 2020 at 16:00 hours (GMT +2).
• Round 9: August 29th 2020 at 16:00 hours (GMT +2).).
• Knock-out: August 30th 2020 at 16:00 hours (GMT +2).

PLAYING VENUES:    

There will be different playing venues in cities around the world to play in-person online on the Chess.com platform. Each playing venue must have their own arbiter/arbiters team. The main playing venue will be in Barcelona at the Auditori del Centre Cívic de les Cotxeres de Sants, C. Sants 79, Barcelona and adjacent buildings, which are adapted for disabled persons according to the prevailing regulations of the Generalitat.

All cities that wish to offer a playing venue for this tournament can consult the bidding conditions on the attached annex.

ANNEX

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee for the tournament for players at the Barcelona venue, will be 50 € for each player. Under-16 players and seniors +65 and also disabled persons 33% or more will be 35 €.

Registration payments for the Barcelona venue (and for any other playing venues in Catalonia) must be done via bank transfer to the Caixabank account of the Catalonia Chess Federation: ES28 2100 0804 3002 0084 8216 indicating name and surnames of the Player, in addition to the chess.com username (nickname) and the playing venue.

The deadline for all registrations and payments is August 19th 2020 at 19 hours (GMT+2). A chess.com nickname will identify each player. This name can’t be changed during the tournament and each player will be responsible for registration to the event with the correct username.

Each other venue will be responsible for their own registration fee, although always after the approval of the Catalonian Chess Federation. Registration payments will be made at the venue from where each player competes or by any other payment method approved by the venue.

If the tournament can’t be held at an official venue due to the official health protocol or because of any other force majeure reason, players at that venue will receive a refund of their registration fee with no other compensation. The tournament will continue normally at the rest of the venues.

The organization reserves the right to void a registration.

RANKINGS:               

They will be published on the FCE website, on the Chess.com platform, on chess-results and at the playing venues. Players will be ranked by standard FIDE rating. Alternatively, in second place by national rating (Catalonian licensed players will be sorted by standard FCE rating).

The first rating to be used for the section rating standings will be FIDE rating. In second place, FCE standard rating will be used for Catalonian licensed player’s or FEDA rating for the rest of Spanish players without a FIDE rating. Non-FCE players without a FIDE or FEDA rating will not qualify for the section rating prizes.

PAIRINGS:     

Pairings will be done by the main arbiter of the tournament with the support of the Swiss Manager computer program. Published pairings will not be considered final until 30 minutes has elapsed. After 30 minutes, pairings will not be modified unless the arbiter decides differently.

BYES:

Players will be allowed to request up to two (2) zero point byes. Players must notify the arbiter before the end of the previous round.

RATINGS:        

The tournament will be FIDE Standard rated (pending confirmation from the FIDE Commission) and FCE Standard rated.

If a player is banned or cheating has been demonstrated, his results will be counted as losses and he will automatically be expelled from the tournament. His opponents will receive the banned player’s points.

DELAYS

Players who appear more than 30 minutes later than the start of the round will lose their games by forfeit unless the arbiter decides differently.

NON-APPEARANCE:

Players who non-appear for a round will be eliminated, unless the arbiter decides differently. Eliminated and forfeited players will lose all their rights.

TIE-BREAKS:  

Application order of the following tie-breaks:

1.- Buchholz -1, with virtual opponent FIDE adjustment

2.- Buchholz Total, with virtual opponent FIDE adjustment.

3.- Buchholz Median (1) with virtual opponent FIDE adjustment

4.- Recursive Performance (54)

5.- Raffle

Players eliminated in the quarter finals of the knock-out stage will not play anymore and their final standings (5th to 8th) will be defined by their standings in the open. The two players who lose in the semi-finals will play for third and fourth place. If the match ends in a 2-2 tie, the open standings will prevail. The final will be a 6-game match, and in the case of a 3-3 tie, the open standings will prevail.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR:

APPEALS COMMITEE:          

The Appeals Committee will be formed by the Tournament Director (or his delegate) as President, one representative of chess.com and one adult player, with one reserve adult player. The decisions of the main arbiter can be appealed to the Committee in writing and before 30 minutes after the end of the round.

Players can request a COMPLAINT FORM.

PRIZES

There will be a total of 18.000 € in prizes for both groups, A and B, and for the rating sections established for each group. There will be two rating sections in group A: under-2300 FIDE rating and under-2150 FIDE rating. In the B group there will be an under-1800 FIDE rating section.

Cash prizes will not be accumulative and will be distributed based on the following chart. If a player wins two prizes he will receive the highest value prize. If the prizes are the same amount, he will receive the general standings prize. The other prize shall be awarded to the next player in the standings.

Participants who don’t play the last round will lose all their rights.

Cash prizes will be subject to the current legal Spanish IRPF Income Tax withholdings and will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the prizes winner

Winners must provide the following information to receive their cash prize:

Scanned two-sided ID copy to the federacio@escacs.cat e-mail account.

Fill in and sign the federation form for the payment of the prize via bank transfer and send the original (not scanned) to the Federation.

Indicate the number of the bank account where the prize money must be sent.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:                    

Players must bring their own playing device to play in the tournament. Any other electronic device that is not used for playing online is forbidden. The playing device must not send out any sound.

All other electronic devices (such as cellular phones, smartwatch, headphones etc) must be turned off.

The arbiter may exceptionally request that a player allows his or her belongings to be inspected. If the player refuses to cooperate with these obligations, the arbiter may take measures based on Article 12.9 of the Laws of Chess. The player may be expelled from the tournament, after a second infraction, with further communication of the facts to FIDE.

ANTI-CHEATNG:       

The use of notes, sources of information, advice, mobile phones, media and / or analysis by the players is strictly forbidden during the game round. Using another chess set is also forbidden. The organizer will communicate these facts to FIDE.

The players accept the Chess.com and tournament organizers anti-cheating policy.

DISCONNECTION PROTOCOL

Server failure / server time inactivity:

If an error or server malfunction occurs during a round, FCE and Chess.com will take the necessary actions to restart the round or the affected games. If too many games are involved, the round may be restarted o even cancelled.

ETHICS:                     

Players will act and behave correctly, both inside and outside the facility, without dishonouring the game of chess. Players are not allowed to leave the playing venue without the arbiter’s permission.  

PUBLICITY:                

The Catalan Chess Federation (FCE) wants to advertise the event, both in the press and on social networks. Therefore, they will publish photos and video images, as well as the minimum data for classifications and pairings. The playing venue will also be recorded live for security measures. By signing up to the event, players authorize the Federation to publish images of the tournament in which they may appear in for advertising purposes.

DISCIPLINE:               

Players in the event accept and obey the Sports Discipline Jurisdiction and FIDE rules.

NOTWITHSTANDING,these provisions will be regulated by the rules of the FCE and FIDE.

THE PARTICIPATION in the tournament implies the mandatory acceptance of these rules.

The organization reserves the right to modify any aspect of the rules.

From August 21th to 30th the Catalonian Chess Federation (FCE) organizes the BARCELONA WORLD E-CHESS OPEN - CIUTAT DE BARCELONA.

There will be different playing venues in cities around the world to play in-person using the Chess.com online platform. The main playing venue will be in Barcelona at the Auditori del Centre Cívic de les Cotxeres de Sants, C. Sants 79, Barcelona and adjacent buildings.

Other secondary venues in different parts of the world that wish to have an official venue may be approved. These venues can be run by a club or federation.

Playing venues must meet the following requirements:

1. Comply with the current health protocol of the country, together with the obligation to have hydrological gels at the entrances and exits of the premises. Also, each participant must fill in the responsible declaration.
2. The venue must have very large spaces for the tables and chairs to play. It must have enough space to be able to guarantee the minimum safety distances for a minimum of 25 players.
3. Guarantee one table per player measuring at least 70 cm wide and 1-meter-long
4. The venue must be adapted for players with reduced mobility.
5. Ensure good internet connection.
6. Have panoramic cameras distributed inside the game room in order to record the whole session.
7. Have air conditioning and / or heating in the playing room.
8. Public address system in the room.
9. Sufficient electrical coverage to connect the player’s computers, tablets or mobile phones as well as cameras, printers and computers for the organization and / or arbiters.
10. Create a club on Chess.com in order to facilitate communication with Chess.com and have a payment method to collect the registration fees for the players at their venue.

In addition, the official organizers of each of the playing venues that bid must:

1. Guarantee at least 25 players.
2. Have an in-person FIDE arbiter in the playing venue (minimum FA or IA). There must be a 1/30 arbiter-player ratio.

3. Provide enough plugs or adapters to be able to plug in all the electronic devices.
4. During the round, the local organizer must be connected via Zoom with the main arbiter.
5. Have a camera recording a live panoramic of the playing venue with all the players, and a screen to be able to see any other adjacent playing rooms live.

In addition, playing venues homolgated and approved by the FCE to be the official secondary venues of the tournament must take into account the following rules:

1. The registration fee for the players in the tournament will be set by each venue, always under the approval of the Catalonian Chess Federation. Players will pay their registration fee to the venue directly.
2. The registration fee will appear in the tournament rules. Each playing venue will receive the full amount of their registrations fees so that they can manage their own accounting.
3. Any expenses arising from the tournament must be taken care of by the organizers of the designated playing venues.
4. Any arbiter’s expenses shall be taken care of by the organizers of the designated playing venues.
5. The tournament prizes will be paid in full by the FCE directly to the winners.

La Federació Catalana d'Escacs ha arribat a un acord, tal i com vam anunciar al passat Campionat de Catalunya d'edats de La Pineda, amb l'empresa NCConsulting, dirigida per la psicòloga Cristina García Real, per fer unes sessions de formació sobre productivitat personal i prevenció de l'estrès.

Aquestes sessions van dirigides al nostres joves esportistes, amb la idea de que serveixin com a part de la seva preparació per anar al Campionat d'Espanya d'edats, com a objectiu més immediat. Aquestes sessions començaran el 28 d'abril i acabaran el 2 de juny. La Federació es posarà en contacte amb els alumnes que tenen dret a participar per tal de tancar un grup.
